The Senia by Jeanstrack are made from a combed cotton and Lycra® stretch fabric. The high-quality combed cotton, in addition to providing a very soft touch, provides greater resistance and durability due to the length of its fibres. As an elastic fibre Lycra® guarantees both great elasticity and recovery. Thanks to the special pigment dye and wash the seams have a worn, aged look, giving the product a modern trendy look, just like any casual trousers you might use every day.
Adjustable hems with elastic cord and toggle. Watch pocket for coins and small items. Mobile phone pocket on the side of the knee with zip. Reinforced, fitted knees. Two front pockets and two jeans-type rear pockets. Waist with ribbon to adjust. Right-handed and left-handed climbing toothbrush holder. Snap button for waist closure.
The Senia are coloured jeans designed for climbing, bouldering, hiking or any other outdoor activity. But with their casual look and comfort they can also be used throughout the year for travelling or everyday use such as shopping or going for a drink with friends.
This garment was made and designed in Spain (EU) in accordance with all environmental and social regulations. As this is a local product you contribute to your community when you buy it.
Cotton is a plant and a natural fibre for manufacturing fabrics. Cotton fabric is made up of threads that are in turn made up of cotton fibres that have been separated from the vegetable remains of the plant that aren't used, such as stems, shells, seeds, etc. Depending on the quality of the cotton, these fibres may have different lengths and this length allows the cotton fibre to be mainly prepared in two ways: carded or combed. In order to prepare the fibres using the comb process, the cotton fibre must have a minimum length. Thus, short-length cotton fibres can only be prepared prior to spinning by 'carding', whereas long-length cotton fibres (of higher quality) can be prepared using the 'comb' process.
Combed cotton yarns are of a higher quality than carded yarns because they provide a higher resistance and better handfeeling, and this is reflected firstly in the fabrics, and then in the final garments, providing them greater durability and a high quality end finish.
