PAYMENT METHODS

All payment methods on jeanstrack.com are 100% secure. When making the order, the customer may freely choose to pay for purchases made through our on-line store by:

> Cash on delivery

Valid payment method for deliveries to Mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. Payment will be made in cash when the order is delivered to the courier company that made the delivery.

ADDITIONAL COST OF €3 FOR ORDERS UP TO €75, AND 4% FOR ORDERS OVER €75.

This payment method is only accepted for orders under 200€.

> Bank transfer

It is very important that you indicate the order number in the reference, as well as your name and surname(s), and make the transfer within 3 days following the order confirmation date to confirm it.

Do not forget that you must make the payment in EUROS and that any possible exchange and banking fees are charged to your account when choosing this payment method. In the event of a bank transfer made from outside Spain, it is very important that, when ordering the transfer, you always notify your bank to take care of any source fees, banking fees and costs corresponding to it. If not, JeansTrack could suspend your order if it does not receive the full amount.

If you wish, you can send us proof of the transfer through our contact form, by fax (+34 964 16 08 36) or by e-mail info@jeanstrack.com. Under no circumstances will the order be considered effective until our administration department has received confirmation of the bank transfer.

> VISA or MASTERCARD credit card

Payment via credit or debit card is made directly through the virtual POS of our banking entity (BBVA). We can guarantee that every transaction made on jeanstrack.com is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking details are carried out using a secure environment. To do so, the bank uses a server based on SSL (Secure Socked Layer) standard security technology. All information exchanged between the bank and your device travels encrypted through the network.

An additional level of security has also been added by incorporating the secure payment system known as CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you own a "secured" card, you can always make card payments in our store.

In both cases, you will always be asked for the following details when paying by card: the card number, expiry date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your card, thus offering more guarantees regarding the safety of the transaction.

If you have still not received a personal password to use exclusively for Internet payments, we advise that you contact your bank to affix your cards to the Secure Electronic Commerce service. To do this, please contact your bank.

IMPORTANT: The details of your credit card are not registered into any database, as they go directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the bank).

PayPal is an Internet payment service that allows you to pay securely, easily and quickly. It is simple to register, and a PayPal account will not cost you anything.

Your bank or credit card details are only stored on PayPal, making PayPal payments even more secure. Payments are made in just two clicks. You won't need to enter your credit card details for every purchase!

We will send your order within 24-48 hours after it was made, provided that all items you have purchased are in stock.
