EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Dear customer, below we explain how you should make the return and exchange process.

EXCHANGE

To make an exchange for a different size or for another garment you must make a new order and return the products following the instructions that appear below.

RETURNS

1-. Enter your customer account and search the order in "Order history and details"

2-. Select your order from the list and click on "Details"

3-. Slide your screen down and the details of your order will appear.
Select the products you want to return, indicate in a small comment what is the reason and click on "Make an RMA return". *

4-. -. Once arrived at this point:

It will appear that your return is "Pending confirmation".

Once we confirm it, you will receive an email informing you that your return is being processed. Its status will change and it will appear as "Package pending".

If your order is over € 100:

Spain Peninsula:

Within 48 hours we will process a picking up with the transport company (we will take charge of the cost of the return).
If you want to make a exchange (by size, color, etc.) you just have to make a new purchase and thus in the same way we will carry out both actions (we will deliver the new package to you at the same time that we will collect the return).

Canary and Balearic Islands:

The return will be paid by the customer. He will return it by his means with the transport that he deems appropriate.

If your order is less than € 100:

The return will always be at the customer's expense. He will return it by his means with the transport that he considers appropriate.

For returns and exchanges from Europe and the rest of the world:

The return will always be at the customer's expense. He will return it by his means with the transport that he deems appropriate.
Once we receive the package in our warehouses and check that it is in good condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding money.
